Our studio apartments located near downtown Los Alamos provide a comfortable space with an abundance of built-in cabinets creating separate kitchen and bedroom spaces. Keep cool this summer with the new A/C mini-split units installed in 2021. Personal storage cages and laundry are located onsite. This one-building community is surrounded by mature trees, grass, flower beds and close to a bus stop.
Some apartments are fully furnished including couch, table/chair, bed, kitchen items, and linens. Apartments are carpeted and/or hardwood. Electric/gas/water utilities + tv are included with rent. 712 Iris Street is a NON-SMOKING building. Leases are for 12-months.
